[NEW FEATURE][FIX-4385] compensation task add the ability to configure parallelism (#5912)

* update * web improved * improve the ui * add the ability to configure the parallelism * update variables * enhance the ut and add necessary note * fix code style * fix code style issue * ensure the complation task in parallel mode can run the right numbers of tasks.
